Meridian Services Group is hiring an in-house project manager to lead our estimating and engineering division. This position is long term and located in Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities
· Duties include but are not limited to leading a team of estimators, presenting estimates to executive management and clients, reading and interpreting documents, solicitating subcontractor quotes, analyzing drawings and specifications, value management, reviewing and assisting with proposals, and other duties as required to prepare cost estimates/proposals for various types of work
· Prepare and develop contingency and escalation evaluation for estimates; assist in the development of value engineering suggestions, coherently explain the basis of estimate (BOE) to customers and management.
