Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Peach Bottom Clean Energy Center (Delta, PA)
Duration: February 2026 to November 2026 (through Fall Outage completion)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support multiple critical projects at Peach Bottom. This role will lead planning, coordination, and execution activities across several plant projects and play a key role in outage support.
This position begins in February 2026 and continues through completion of the Fall 2026 outage.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will provide leadership and oversight for the following projects:
o Yard Drain Sump Pump Replacement
o Radio Replacements
o Feed Water Heater Replacement support during the Fall outage
Additional responsibilities include:
o Leading project planning, scheduling, and execution in a nuclear plant environment
o Coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Work Management, and vendors
o Managing project scope, cost, schedule, and risk
o Supporting outage planning and execution activities
o Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with nuclear safety, regulatory, and station procedures
o Providing status reporting to station leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
o 15+ years of Project Management experience in the nuclear industry
o Demonstrated experience managing complex plant modification or equipment replacement projects
o Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
o PMP Certification (required)
o Strong understanding of nuclear plant processes, outage execution, and multi-discipline coordination
o Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Experience
o Experience supporting major component replacements
o Prior work at Constellation or similar utility nuclear sites
o Outage project leadership experience
