Position Title: Lead Installation Representative / Task Manager
Location: Clinton Clean Energy Center (Clinton, IL)
Duration: April 2026 to October 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Installation Representative / Task Manager to support License Renewal related field projects at Clinton. This role will provide field oversight and coordination for excavation and underground piping work in safety-related plant areas.
This position will play a critical role in ensuring work is executed safely, compliantly, and in alignment with nuclear station standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Lead Installation Rep / Task Manager will support field execution activities including:
o Oversight of underground pipe excavation and exposure
o Work involving safety-related systems, including portions of the fire protection system
o Coordination of activities in areas with groundwater intrusion
o Oversight of hydrovac operations for excavation at depths up to 20 feet
o Acting as the stations field point of contact between contractors, engineering, and plant stakeholders
o Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with nuclear safety standards, station procedures, and regulatory requirements
o Monitoring field conditions, work quality, and adherence to scope
o Supporting planning, execution, and issue resolution for field construction activities
o Providing status updates and field feedback to project leadership
Required Qualifications
o Significant experience providing field oversight on nuclear plant modification or civil/underground utility projects
o Direct experience with:
o Excavation in plant environments
o Safety-related system work
o Underground piping projects
o Experience supporting work in radiological and/or protected area environments
o Strong understanding of nuclear work controls, safety culture, and procedural compliance
o Proven ability to coordinate between contractors, engineering, and plant organizations
o Excellent communication and field leadership skills
Preferred Experience
o License Renewal project support
o Fire Protection system work
o Hydrovac or specialty excavation methods in industrial or nuclear settings
o Prior experience at Constellation nuclear sites
