Join a high-impact engineering team with System One supporting reactor refueling and remote handling systems. This role leads the design and integration of remote, robotic, and automated tooling used for reactor servicing, inspection, and outage execution—where safety, precision, and performance matter most.

What You’ll Do

Lead solutions to complex refueling and remote handling challenges

Design and review reactor servicing tools, inspection equipment, and control systems

Partner with NSSS, Systems Engineering, and Operations on handling plans and tool integration

Serve as SME for remote handling standards, tooling, and best practices

Support procurement, fabrication, testing, and mentor junior engineers

What You Bring

BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering (MS or PE a plus)

8+ years designing mechanical handling equipment/systems

Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments preferred

Eligible under DOE 10 CFR Part 810
