Position Summary
Provide onsite 3D-PDS plant design support for complex nuclear and process systems. This role focuses on piping and equipment modeling, design development, and resolving construction and field design issues in a DOE nuclear environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models using PDS “Piping and Equipment” software

Prepare, review, and approve design change packages and associated documentation

Resolve construction issues and design discrepancies in coordination with engineering and construction teams

Review vendor documents and incorporate requirements into 3D models

Disposition nonconformance reports and field problem memos

Support site layouts, piping layouts, HVAC systems, electrical commodities, and material handling designs

Perform field walkdowns to support design verification and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and design criteria
