System One is seeking experienced Operations Support Specialists to provide technical oversight for construction and facility operations within a Hazard Category 2 radiological environment. This role serves as the key interface between facility operations and project teams, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of mission deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
• Support construction and operational projects from planning through execution
• Ensure compliance with DOE, regulatory, and NQA-1 quality standards
• Coordinate technical activities, documentation, and readiness reviews
• Oversee processes, budgets, subcontractors, and operational procedures

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years construction/operations experience
• 5+ years supporting DOE mission work
• Active Q Clearance required

Preferred: DOE project experience, work control background, supervisor certifications.
