Procurement Engineer – Nuclear / Utilities / T&D/ Gas/Oil
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer with a background in nuclear power, utilities, or transmission & distribution to support complex infrastructure and generation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor active projects and recommend modifications to improve operating efficiency and long-term reliability
Review engineering designs and technical documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and regulatory requirements (including NRC and utility standards where applicable)
Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts and contract revisions
Interface with internal teams, external customers, contractors, outside agencies, and regulatory authorities
Assist in the development of Troubleshooting Plans and technical resolutions
Ensure engineering design, project controls, and oversight activities are technically sound, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable codes and standards
Independently perform moderately complex engineering analyses
Maintain thorough knowledge of new industry developments, technologies, and regulatory changes

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline)
Experience in the nuclear industry, electric utilities, or transmission & distribution environments
Working knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and contract management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining schedule and cost commitments
