Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)
Pay: $37 – $74 per hour

System One is seeking a Contractor Services Coordinator to support contractor workforce operations, purchase order management, and contractor performance tracking. This role works closely with procurement and project teams to ensure accurate PO processing, cost control, and efficient contractor utilization.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track contractor purchase orders
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams
• Monitor contractor time, expenses, and compliance
• Analyze contractor spend and performance data
• Support process improvements and reporting

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in procurement, contractor coordination, or analyst roles
• Strong Excel/data reporting skills
• Experience with Oracle, HRIS, or JIRA/Confluence is a plus
