Opportunity Overview:Electrical Site SupervisorLong Term Project at Diablo Canyon in San Luis Obispo, CA. As an Electrical Supervisor in our nuclear operations, you will:

• · Manage logistics operations, staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
• · Supervise electrical work related to maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting within nuclear facilities
• · Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• · Lead and support electrical crews, ensuring safe work practices and high-quality performance
• · Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets industry codes and nuclear safety requirements
• · Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and safety checks

Who You Are:

• As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
• · Extensive field experience in electrical work within a union environment
• · Prior experience working in nuclear facilities or other highly regulated environments
• · Leadership with the ability to manage crews and resolve issues on-site
• · Deep understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• · Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance)
• · High School Graduate or Equivalent
