Position Details:

Position: Refueling Planner/Scheduler
Location: Quad Cities Clean Energy Center
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: April 18, 2026

Schedule:

Pre-Outage Phase:
Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (1200 to 2000) | 40 hrs/week

Outage Phase:
5:00 PM to 5:00 AM (1700 to 0500) | Extended outage hours apply

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced nuclear Refueling Planner/Scheduler to support the upcoming refueling outage at Quad Cities Clean Energy Center. The ideal candidate brings hands-on planner qualifications and a maintenance planning background, with direct experience at a nuclear facility, ideally Quad Cities. This is an immediate need and candidates must be available to report to site as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

o Turn on and close out work packages daily
o Perform work package revisions as needed
o Revise work order instructions as directed
o Coordinate with outage team to ensure schedule adherence and work execution readiness
o Support refueling outage activities through proactive planning and scheduling efforts

Required Qualifications:

o Planner qualifications with demonstrated ability to manage nuclear work packages
o Background in maintenance planning (strongly preferred)
o Nuclear plant experience required
o Experience at Quad Cities Generating Station and/or with Constellation Energy preferred
o Familiarity with outage work management processes, scheduling tools, and nuclear work control procedures
o Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced outage environment
