Job Title: Operations Instructor
Duration: April to December 2026
Location: Clinton Clean Energy Center (MD)

NPower is seeking a skilled Operations Instructor for Clinton Clean Energy to conduct classroom training for ILT 25-1 and 26-1 to Operations Students as well as simulator booth support.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) for 25-1 and 26-1
Support simulator booth training
Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and adjust content as needed
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:
10+ years experience in Operations or Operations training
Prior BWR SRO license or SRO certified BWR Instructor
Strong knowledge of nuclear regulations and operational procedures
