System One Is Hiring – I&C Design Engineer (Contract)

Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $69 – $115/hr (based on experience)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

System One is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Design Engineer to support advanced nuclear reactor technology projects. This role will focus on I&C system design, prototype development, system integration, and commissioning for next-generation nuclear technologies.

Key Qualifications
• 10+ years of I&C engineering experience
• BS in Electrical, Controls, or related engineering discipline
• Experience designing industrial Instrumentation & Control systems
• Knowledge of nuclear codes and standards (10 CFR 50 Appendix B, NQA-1 preferred)
• Experience with P&IDs, control system architecture, and instrumentation design
• Familiarity with IEEE/IEC standards and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus
