We are seeking a dedicated professional with exceptional teaching and program management skills. This is your chance to join as an Engineering Instructor on a contract basis and contribute directly to shaping future engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training materials following SAT process guidelines (ACAD 02-001).
- Deliver engaging classroom-based engineering curriculum.
- Integrate dynamic programs into structured schedules for effective learning outcomes.
- Analyze student performance gaps; provide tailored remediation strategies.
- Evaluate exam results and identify areas of improvement within students or curriculums.
- Oversee student behavior while ensuring knowledge comprehension standards are met.
- Address feedback from both learners and managers by resolving identified issues promptly.

Desired Qualifications:
Education:
- Preferred: BS degree in Engineering/Physical Science.
- Previous certification such as INPO ICP or site-certified instruction experience preferred.

Experience Highlights:
- Minimum five years instructing under accredited systems (or equivalent SRO instruction).
Proficiency confidently delivering operations-focused workshops gaining databases-control Vision™.
