ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes for a Hydro Maintenance Operator I located in Estacada, OR.
The hourly rate range for this position is $28-$32 per hour (plus full benefits). This position is initially expected to be a one year assignment, with the potential for extension.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK – SPECIFIC

• Independently perform preventative/unscheduled maintenance and daily monitoring activities at the hydroelectric facilities. This could include plant startup, manual shutdown and re-start.
• Be capable of installing new equipment and replacement components and possess a broad range of maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Have some knowledge of regulatory requirements and applicable policies and procedures.
• Normally receives daily direction from the Supervisor but must be capable of making decisions independently

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED and completion of a one year trade school and at least 6 years of experience in operations, maintenance, electrical, mechanical and/or instrumentation at an operating generating facility.
• Additional experience may be considered in lieu of trade school.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• General knowledge in the mechanical and electrical systems.
• Must be capable of utilizing Microsoft Office and the related word processing systems; be familiar with/or willing to learn the EN work management system(faciliworks).
• Normal assignment requires rudimentary knowledge of fire prevention techniques and First Aid training.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Describe equipment, machinery, tools, materials, work-aids, material utilized in performance of job.
• Hand tools, electric drills, skill/table saws, chain saws, some hydraulic and air tools, electrical test equipment, cranes, Pickup truck, forklift. Other tools and equipment.
