TVA Per Diem: $1,500 / month

Position Description: Perform as a PCS with accountability and responsibility for project work breakdown structures which include project planning, status, variances, indicator/commitment tracking, and control changes for projects or programs. Assists in the annual and project life cycle planning process for trend analysis, cost/schedule forecasts, cash flows, budget adjustments and project prioritization.

Supports preparation of summary and detail level reports, trend analyses required to keep organization programs, project managers and department managers aware of the impacts of forecasted or actual changes to their budgets, spend plans, and schedules.

Basic Education Requirements: Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Accounting, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Marketing or other related degree with three OR high school diploma/GED and five (5) years minimum of related work experience.

Experience: Should possess a minimum of (3) years minimum of related work experience project control functional environment.
• Working knowledge of PC software including:
o P6
o Scheduling
o Forecasting
o Budgeting
o Planning
o Estimating
o Cost analysis
o Work management

Must also have strong working knowledge of software including:
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Pivot tables
• Other project controls software tools
