Now Hiring: CNC Machinist – Contract to Hire
Richland, Washington | Full-Time | $28–$34/hr + Bonus + Holiday Pay

System One is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support precision manufacturing in a highly regulated environment. This is a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Fabricate high-precision components using CNC and conventional machining equipment

Read and interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications

Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and related equipment

Perform troubleshooting and ensure quality and accuracy in all work

Maintain documentation and follow strict safety and compliance standards

Support production needs, including fuel assembly component fabrication

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of machining or related experience

Strong ability to read technical drawings and specifications

Experience with inspection tools and shop practices

Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Experience

Machine Technology certificate

Knowledge of GD&T and component inspection

Experience with tooling, fixtures, and cutting applications
