Sr. Technical Project Manager - Los Alamos National Laboratory (Full-Time, Hybrid)
Responsibilities
Lead execution of technical projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Manage project lifecycle from planning through turnover, including control accounts and work packages.
Oversee daily program operations and report to the Program Director.
Ensure compliance with DOE, NNSA, and contract requirements.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Provide technical guidance to project teams and support functions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of DOE/nuclear project experience (or equivalent).
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain government clearance.
Experience managing projects in Hazard Category 2 nuclear facilities.
Strong skills in project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
DOE/NNSA experience in construction, D&D, testing, and turnover.
EVMS/CAM experience and knowledge of DOE O 413.3B processes.
Experience with work control, hazard management, and NQA-1 quality standards.
Proven ability to resolve complex technical and regulatory issues.
