Physical location: can be flexible between Peach Bottom (Delta, PA), Fort Smallwood (Baltimore, MD), and possibly Crane (Middletown, PA)
Position: Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 months

Overview: We are seeking a Manager to support with implementation of the training program for Crane Clean Energy Center. Constellation is organizing a causal product team to investigate and help turn performance of the current training program. We are looking for a lead for the team, which will help drive the organization to implement the corrective actions.

Preferred Qualifications:
o Previous training experience
o Previous corrective action program experience
