Seeking Concrete Finishers for a Nuclear site project in Mulberry, FL!!

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to support work at a nuclear facility. This role requires precision, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.

*This position will require workers obtain Nuclear badging. MUST be able to pass background and drug screen.
3 month project

Key Responsibilities:
• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces to exact specifications
• Perform screeding, floating, troweling, and edging
• Set forms and ensure proper alignment and stability
• Apply surface treatments and curing methods as required
• Follow all nuclear site safety, security, and quality control procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Work closely with site supervisors and quality inspectors
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a concrete finisher in industrial or heavy commercial environments
• Nuclear or power plant experience is a plus
• Ability to pass background screening, drug test
• Strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and safety standards
Requirements:
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Ability to work overtime, shifts, and weekends
o Day and Night Shifts-6 days/week to include weekly per diem
• Physically able to perform demanding labor in varying conditions
