Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on nuclear maintenance electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Design and develop instructional materials following all steps of the ADDIE process from analysis through implementation with proficiency using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, site-specific software systems, and lab activity mock-ups.
- Demonstrate exceptional platform skills by engaging learners effectively while fostering understanding.

Essential Skills & Expertise:
Nuclear Maintenance Electrical Technical Expertise: In-depth experience working within or instructing on complex electrical frameworks specific to nuclear environments.
Proficiency Across ADDIE Process Areas: Capability to create structured lesson plans that align learning objectives with practical applications; includes soft skill competencies such as navigating technology platforms seamlessly.
Excellent Platform Presentation Ability: Strong communication style suited for delivering impactful lessons tailored toward diverse audiences.

The hourly rate for this role: $80/hr. The position provides per diem ($249/day) along with mob/demob support ranging from $500-$1,000 depending on travel distance (subject to preapproval).
