We are seeking a Requirement Management Engineer to lead across a complex, multi-contractor engineering programme - from early design through to verification, validation, and licensing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement requirements management process, tools, and documentation across design stages.
* Support vendors and interface with design teams to maintain requirement sets for plant, systems, and components.
* Drive a systems engineering approach to requirements management, growing in maturity across the programme lifecycle.
*Identify process improvements; develop and deliver training to project personnel.
* Manage requirements verification and validation reports; inspect product quality and provide corrective feedback.
* Support licensing activities including safety analysis reports and quality assurance compliance.

What we are looking for:
* B.S. or higher in engineering with 5+ years of direct requirements management experience.
* Background in industrial, high-complexity, or regulated environments; nuclear sector experience is a plus.
* familiarity with systems engineering, configuration management, and quality standards (ASME NQA1 or ISO 9001).
* strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.

The hourly rate for this role: $52 - $85/hr. Thomas Thor does offer Medical, Vision, Dental, Unmatched 401K, life insurance, and some PTO.

This is a 12-month contract with the opportunity to extend out depending on project needs and work performance.
