Project Controls Specialist - Y-12 (Oak Ridge, TN |Hybrid/Remote Possible)

Seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support DOE's Y-12 National Security Complex.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Primavera P6 for schedule development, maintenance, and reporting
Perform cost analysis, cost control, and earned value management (EVM)
Support project reporting and performance tracking
Coordinate team communication and meetings
Track deliverables and present project status to internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

Education/Experience: Bachelor's + 10+ years (or HS diploma + 20+ years) in project controls with P6
Experience: Proven expertise in P6, scheduling, cost control, EVM, and reporting
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance
