Project Scheduler - Y-12 (Oak Ridge, TN)

Seeking a Project Scheduler to support DOE's Y-12 National Security Complex, responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling multiple projects to ensure alignment with scope, cost, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for projects of varying size, complexity, and risk
Utilize Primavera P6 and project controls systems to manage cost, schedule, and performance data
Integrate scope, cost, and schedule; develop forecasts, estimates to complete, and risk plans
Track changes, assess cost/schedule impacts, and support configuration control
Provide Project Managers with tools and analysis to ensure projects stay on track and compliant
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and support reporting to DOE/NNSA/NPO
Support cost control, earned value management (EVM), variance analysis, and schedule compliance
Integrate project data with accounting and management systems; lead communication and project meetings

Requirements:

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree + 10+ years of verifiable experience using Primavera P6 and project controls
Experience: Extensive project scheduling experience with demonstrated expertise in EVM, cost control, change management, variance reporting, and schedule compliance
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, SAP, and/or WebEVM (CloudEVM)
Capabilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance (DOE Q or DoD Top Secret preferred)

Desired:

25+ years scheduling experience, including 15+ years on DOE 413.3B projects
Advanced expertise in scheduling, cost control, and project controls systems (including Empower)
Experience in Control Account Management and coordinating multiple vendors/projects simultaneously
