What This Role Offers:
Location: Houston, TX Full-Time | Hybrid (Remote with 25% travel to Houston) | Contract through end of 2026, high likelihood of extension based on performance/job needs
Schedule: M-F
Salary Range: $90/hr.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 in support of a complex nuclear project
Consolidate multiple project schedules into integrated master schedules, coordinating dependencies and interfaces across programs
Conduct critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments; identify variances and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to accurately reflect design milestones, procurement activities, manufacturing timelines, and delivery schedules
Partner with cost engineers and project managers to align schedule and cost data and support earned value analysis and progress reporting
Ensure compliance with PMO governance, scheduling standards, coding structures, calendars, and resource assignments
Proactively identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain project performance
Facilitate schedule reviews and deliver clear, actionable reporting to project leadership and stakeholders
Support change management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. An additional 4 years of directly applicable experience (14 years total) may be substituted in lieu of degree
Minimum 10 years of full-time project scheduling experience on large-scale projects or programs, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience required
First-hand project experience in nuclear power plant outages or nuclear projects required, demonstrating familiarity with the regulatory, technical, and logistical demands of the industry
Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR Part 810
Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple work phases and competing priorities
