Supplier Manufacturing Engineer
System One | Contract-to-Perm
Locations: Albany, NY | NYC Metro | Philadelphia, PA
Remote Based | Travel up to 50% | U.S. Citizenship Required

System One is hiring Supplier Manufacturing Engineers to support mission-critical nuclear, defense, aerospace, and energy suppliers. This role will provide direct onsite supplier oversight, technical manufacturing support, corrective actions, and supplier performance improvement.

Looking For:
5+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience
Hands-on supplier support / supplier oversight experience
Strong onsite supplier interaction preferred
Regulated industry background:
Nuclear
Defense
Aerospace
Energy
Experience with machining, fabrication, welding, testing, winding, or assembly operations
Root cause / corrective action experience
Strong blueprint and GD&T interpretation
Knowledge of:
ASME NQA-1
10 CFR 50 Appendix B
ISO 9001
Responsibilities:
Supplier process audits and capacity assessments
PFMEA / Control Plan / First Article readiness reviews
Supplier nonconformance resolution
Manufacturing problem solving and process improvements
Supplier quality and delivery performance support
Coordination with engineering, sourcing, quality, and program teams
Audit and inspection readiness support
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Must be U.S. Citizen
Must be eligible for DoD Clearance
Travel up to 50%
