Talascend is currently seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst for a remote, contract opportunity with our client.

Overview

this role involves performing data analytics to support supply chain operations, including data analysis, process improvements, and report creation to aid management decision-making.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain KPIs for monitoring supply chain performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
Support core supply chain workflows across supplier management, procurement, and logistics.
Draft presentations and status updates for leadership.
Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring friction points and assist with implementing improved processes, procedures, and tools.
Support day-to-day coordination of meetings and status updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or related field; or 5+ years of equivalent experience with proven skills.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting using relevant tools and techniques.
Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and Python required.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Primavera P6, and Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA desired.
Ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to support decision-making.
Highly organized and process-minded with an aspiration for excellence.
Excellent communication and management/organization skills.
Ability to handle projects with many competing objectives and constraints, resolving conflicts between priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Candidate must be a self-starter and capable of leading cross-functional efforts with minimal direction.
