ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS (Principal, Senior, Mid-Level)
Location: Greenville, SC

JOB SUMMARY:
Electrical Engineers will provide technical expertise and execution support across all phases of EPC projects. Depending on experience level, individuals may lead engineering efforts, oversee discipline execution, or perform advanced and intermediate engineering analyses and design.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Electrical Engineers will perform engineering work supporting project planning, design, procurement, and construction. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing design criteria, specifications, and engineering calculations while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.
The role includes performing system studies such as short circuit analysis, load flow, voltage drop, relay coordination, grounding, and other electrical calculations. Engineers will prepare and review electrical design documentation including single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring layouts, raceway, lighting, and grounding systems.
Engineers will coordinate technical issues with multidisciplinary teams, project management, vendors, and clients. Additional responsibilities include supporting procurement activities, evaluating technical bids, reviewing vendor submittals, and supporting construction through RFIs and field issue resolution.
Senior and Principal-level candidates may serve as discipline leads, providing technical oversight, mentoring engineers, and ensuring quality and schedule performance.

WORK HOURS:
A standard 40-hour work week is expected. Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS � EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Experience:
� Mid-Level Engineer: 5+ years of experience
� Senior Engineer: 10+ years of experience
� Principal Engineer: 15+ years of experience
Candidates must have experience supporting engineering work within EPC environments. Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including federal and DOE requirements, is required.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXPERIENCE WITH:
Electrical power systems design and analysis including grounding, lighting, and distribution systems. Preparation and review of electrical engineering deliverables such as single-line diagrams, schematics, and system layouts.
Engineering calculations and system studies including short circuit, relay coordination, and voltage drop analysis. Use of engineering tools and software in a multi-discipline environment.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
U.S. Citizenship required. Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work in compliance with project quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience supporting DOE or federal government projects. Experience with nuclear facility design under NQA-1 requirements.
Experience leading engineering teams and supporting large-scale EPC projects. Familiarity with tools such as ETAP, SmartPlant Electrical, or similar.
