ELECTRICAL DESIGNERS (Principal, Senior, Mid-Level)
Location: Greenville, SC
Duration: Long-Term Contract

JOB SUMMARY:
Electrical Designers will perform design and drafting activities supporting engineering teams on EPC projects. Candidates will develop and modify electrical drawings, perform modeling, and support design deliverables across multiple project phases.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Electrical Designers will prepare and modify electrical drawings including one-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, lighting layouts, and raceway systems. They will utilize 3D modeling and 2D CADD tools to support multi-discipline project environments.
Designers will coordinate with engineering, project management, vendors, and construction teams to resolve design issues and support project execution. Responsibilities include performing material take-offs, assisting with procurement documentation, and reviewing vendor submittals.
Designers will also support field activities, including walkdowns, incorporating field changes, and responding to RFIs. Senior and Principal Designers may lead design efforts, mentor junior designers, and provide oversight on complex deliverables.

WORK HOURS:
A standard 40-hour work week is expected. Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS � EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
Associate degree in a related technical field required.
Experience:
� Mid-Level Designer: 5+ years of experience
� Senior Designer: 10+ years of experience
� Principal Designer: 15+ years of experience
Candidates must have experience supporting design work within EPC or industrial project environments.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXPERIENCE WITH:
Electrical drafting and design using CAD tools such as MicroStation or equivalent. Development of electrical drawings including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
3D modeling and execution in a multi-discipline design environment. Performing material take-offs and supporting design deliverables.
Field support activities including walkdowns, drawing updates, and incorporation of field changes.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
U.S. Citizenship required. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and construction teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Smart3D, SmartPlant Electrical, or similar tools. Experience supporting DOE or federal projects. Experience working in nuclear environments under quality programs such as NQA-1.
Practical field experience and familiarity with electrical systems design best practices.
