[Project Manager] Project Manager with PMP

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project execution to lead complex industrial and power-related projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership capabilities, advanced scheduling expertise utilizing Primavera P6, and hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of EPC project execution including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Develop and manage detailed integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction management, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
Manage project reporting, forecasting, cost control, change management, and progress tracking.
Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and clients.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and company procedures.
Support business development efforts including proposal reviews, scheduling input, and project planning strategies.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7–10 years of project management experience within EPC, industrial, energy, or power sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling and project controls.
Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
Strong understanding of EPC contracting, construction sequencing, procurement processes, and project execution methodologies.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-discipline projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools.
