**We're Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer | Oak Ridge, TN**

COMPA Industries is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support mission-focused manufacturing operations in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

This is a fully onsite opportunity for an engineer who enjoys improving production processes, solving manufacturing challenges, supporting shop floor operations, and driving continuous improvement.

-Pay: $40-$50/hour
-Location: Oak Ridge, TN (Onsite)
-Schedule: Full-time; overtime may be required based on production needs
-Clearance: DOE Q Clearance required; active Q Clearance highly preferred
-Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required

Ideal candidates will have:

=Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
=2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
=Experience developing, optimizing, or improving manufacturing processes
=Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methods
=Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
=Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

This role will support process documentation, work instructions, production troubleshooting, corrective actions, equipment support, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
