**We're Hiring: CNC Operator / Machinist | Oak Ridge, TN**

COMPA Industries is seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Machinist to support mission-focused manufacturing operations in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

This is a fully onsite opportunity for a hands-on machinist with strong CNC programming, setup, operation, and troubleshooting experience.

+Pay: $40-$45/hour
+Location: Oak Ridge, TN (Onsite)
+Schedule: Full-time
+Clearance: DOE Q Clearance required; active Q Clearance highly preferred
+Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required

Ideal candidates will have:

+5+ years of experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or grinders
+Experience programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines
+Blueprint, traveler, specification, machining parameter, and GD&T interpretation experience
+Strong tooling knowledge and attention to detail
+Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+Commitment to quality, safety, and precision manufacturing

This role will support precision machining, part program verification, machine setup, quality checks, preventive maintenance, traveler documentation, and safe production operations.
