Work Package Coordinator / Site Administrator – Pull to Pad (P2P) Project
Position Summary
The Work Package Coordinator / Site Administrator supports Pull-to-Pad (P2P) project activities by coordinating work packages, material staging documentation, logistics tracking, and administrative support for field execution teams at a nuclear facility.
This role ensures materials, tools, documentation, and resources are properly prepared and available to support safe and efficient project execution while maintaining compliance with nuclear quality assurance and procedural requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate preparation and distribution of work packages for field activities.
Track material movement from warehouse/storage areas to designated work pads or installation locations.
Maintain logs for material receipts, staging status, equipment delivery, and field turnover.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, engineering, maintenance, construction, and project controls personnel.
Verify required drawings, procedures, permits, and QA documentation are included in work packages.
Support daily field coordination meetings and schedule updates.
Track package completion, closeout documentation, and turnover records.
Update project databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
Assist with project planning and field execution readiness activities.
Support badging, training records, timesheets, and contractor onboarding documentation.
Ensure records comply with nuclear quality assurance and document retention requirements.
Provide status reporting to supervisors and project management.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of administrative, logistics, warehouse coordination, or project support experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or construction environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain nuclear site access authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
Nuclear facility or DOE project experience.
Experience supporting outages, construction, or modification projects.
Familiarity with material staging and logistics processes.
Experience using SAP, Maximo, SharePoint, or project tracking systems.
Understanding of nuclear QA/document control processes.
