Whether you are an emerging PM leading your first outage projects or a seasoned expert overseeing multi-million dollar capital programs, this opportunity at a commercial nuclear generating station is posted at three levels and we will place the right candidate at the level that fits.

Salary Range: Level I: $35-$90/hr depending on level

About the Role Three Levels, One Position:
This position will be filled at one of the following three levels based on the selected candidate's qualifications. Apply at the level that best reflects your experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage nuclear capital projects and outage work (refueling, forced outage, and on-line) ensuring safe, quality, on-schedule, and within-budget execution.
Lead and direct project teams across planning, scheduling, work package preparation, procurement, resource loading, and work execution.
Develop and track project budgets; interface with finance and project controls.
Develop and manage contracts; interface with vendors and suppliers.
Resolve schedule conflicts and delays; maintain critical path awareness.
Prepare and deliver written and oral project communications to groups including senior management.
Apply ALARA planning, industrial safety, and nuclear safety principles throughout project execution.
Support the station Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program.
Provide outage support including Outage Control Center (OCC) as required.
At higher levels: review and validate key project documentation, mentor junior PMs, and provide technical oversight of field and shop activities.
Qualifications:
Commercial nuclear power plant experience required at all levels.
Project Management certification required (PMP required at Levels II and III).
Level I: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, construction, project management, business, or related field; 14+ years of technical experience (varies by degree level).
Level II: Bachelor's degree and 12-14 years of project management experience in a regulated or multifaceted industrial environment; 5 of those years must include directing PM activities in the nuclear industry.
Level III: Bachelor's degree; minimum 8 years of project scheduling experience with at least 4 years on large-scale or mega projects; Primavera P6 proficiency mandatory; EVM experience required.
Experience managing outage and capital projects at a commercial nuclear power plant.
Knowledge of error reduction, human performance improvement methods, and cost-effective work execution.
Previous RO/SRO license or certification desired (Levels II and III).
Experience with ASME Section XI Repair & Replacement desired (Level III).
