Meridian services group is hiring a procurement specialist to support nuclear projects. This position is remote with occasional paid travel and offers excellent compensation and access to company benefits!

Key Responsibilities
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices.
Purchasing Activities: Oversee the purchasing of products and services, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and are cost-efficient.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
Inventory Management: Maintain updated records of inventory needs and monitor procurement budgets to control spending.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and alignment with organizational goals.
