Safety Advisor Outage

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Advisor for Outage. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment across our construction sites. This position requires expertise in safety regulations, risk management, and compliance management to effectively mitigate hazards and promote occupational health standards.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs that comply with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
Conduct safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices, workers' compensation procedures, and emergency response plans.
Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into construction management processes.
Analyze incident reports to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance workplace safety.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related inquiries and concerns on-site.
Requirements
5 years of safety experience.
Proven experience in safety management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation laws, and risk management principles.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff on safety practices.
