Position Summary

Nooter Construction Company is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support complex nuclear power generation projects. The ideal candidate will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules while working closely with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and client representatives. This position requires extensive knowledge of Primavera P6, project controls, earned value management, and nuclear industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
Create and maintain integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) schedules from project initiation through closeout.
Coordinate schedule development with project managers, construction managers, engineering, procurement, and field supervision.
Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and recovery opportunities.
Analyze project progress and forecast schedule performance.
Prepare schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
Develop resource-loaded schedules and support manpower forecasting.
Support outage planning and execution schedules for nuclear refueling and maintenance outages.
Conduct schedule variance analysis and prepare executive-level reporting.
Monitor schedule health using industry best practices and client requirements.
Participate in project meetings and present schedule status to clients and senior leadership.
Support change management by evaluating schedule impacts of scope changes.
Ensure compliance with client scheduling specifications and nuclear quality requirements.
Maintain schedule baselines and document all revisions.
Coordinate with cost controls to support earned value management (EVM) reporting when required.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
3+ years supporting commercial nuclear power projects.
Experience supporting:
Nuclear capital projects
Maintenance projects
Refueling outages
Modification projects
Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling.
Proficiency with:
Oracle Primavera P6 Professional
Microsoft Project
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to read engineering drawings and construction documents.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
