End Date: December 31, 2028 w/possibility of extension

Position Description:

NPower Solutions is seeking an experienced I&C Design Engineer to support Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center in Lusby, MD. The I&C Design Engineer will design, evaluate, and implement instrumentation and control system modifications that support safe, reliable, and efficient station operations.

Essential Functions:

o Develop engineering design packages for I&C system modifications.
o Perform engineering evaluations and technical analyses to support plant modifications and operational improvements.
o Support field walkdowns, design verification activities, testing, commissioning, and refueling outage work as required.
o Provide technical support during project implementation and resolve design-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar experience (Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, Nuclear, or other related engineering field).
o Experience performing I&C design engineering in a commercial nuclear power plant.
o Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Professional Engineer (PE) license.
o Previous Constellation/Exelon Nuclear experience.
o Familiarity with Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center
