Plant Maintenance Manager
Location: Richland, Washington

System One is hiring a Plant Maintenance Manager for our client in Richland, Washington.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an advanced manufacturing facility specializing in the production of precision-engineered nuclear fuel components and assemblies for the commercial nuclear energy industry.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Proficiency in directing planners and schedulers.
Strong background in reliability engineering, utilizing Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management (TQM) to conduct root cause analysis, eliminate waste, improve processes, and enhance productivity.
Experience managing both bargained (union) and non-bargained workforces.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $126,000 - $171,000
Annual incentives and performance bonuses may be available.
$15,000 Relocation Assistance
