Energy Solutions is currently hiring Advanced Riggers for the Fall Nuclear Outage Season. A qualified candidate MUST have been badged having held un-escorted access within the last 365 days at an online nuclear power plant and have either NCCER or NCCCO Advanced Rigger Certification that is current and in good standing. This position offers competitive pay including per diem and mobilization for those who qualify. Prior nuclear power plant experience is required
NCCER or NCCCO Certification
Must be able to obtain nuclear unescorted access, including fitness for duty requirements.
Successful completion of all training including, Radiation Worker Training, Plant Access Training, Fitness for Duty, etc.
Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
Ability to assemble and disassemble objects and operate small equipment and power tools.
Availability for shift work, if needed.
Ability to support other crafts as requested.
Ability to work at varying heights, in cramped quarters, extreme heat and/or cold, and loud environments (above 89 decibels).
Knowledge of relevant processes and procedures.
Ability to obtain and maintain knowledge of technical manuals and procedures.
Ability to pass specific training and qualifications.
Willingness to work overtime, including shift work, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to pass all background and screening requirements, including drug and/or alcohol screening.
