We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Fabrication Laborer to support our Brake & Shear Department. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, handling heavy metal materials, and assisting with machine loading and material movement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with moving, lifting, and positioning metal materials throughout the department.
Work alongside team members to load and unload brake and shear machines.
Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, eye protection, and hearing protection.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support production needs and assist with other departmental tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential due to the small team environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
