Per Diem: GSA lodging & M&IE (7 days per week)
Mob / Demob: Expenses covered up to $500 each way, max total of $1,000

Project Details:
We are seeking a senior I&C Project Manager to lead an upgrade of the Triconex Tricon program at Diablo Canyon. The Tricon is a triple-modular-redundant, safety-related I&C platform used at Diablo Canyon in support of the Process Protection System (PPS) replacement of the legacy Westinghouse Eagle 21 safety system. This is a safety-related digital I&C effort requiring disciplined project management within a nuclear quality framework. The ideal candidate has managed safety-related I&C projects in an operating nuclear environment and is familiar with the Triconex Tricon platform.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the Triconex upgrade end to end, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Coordinate engineering, design, installation, testing, and commissioning across internal and vendor teams
• Interface with plant engineering, operations, and maintenance to integrate the upgrade with plant systems and outage windows
• Manage vendor deliverables and coordination (Triconex / Schneider Electric)
• Support work order planning, modification packages, and field implementation within the safety-related scope
• Track and report project status, milestones, and issues to the client
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with plant procedures, nuclear QA requirements, and applicable safety-related I&C standards

Requirements:
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, I&C Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10 years of I&C experience in a nuclear power plant environment
• Demonstrated project management experience on digital I&C modernization projects
• Familiarity with the Triconex Tricon platform
• Ability to read and interpret I&C drawings, logic diagrams, and technical specifications
• Strong coordination, documentation, and client-facing communication skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain unescorted access authorization at a nuclear facility

Qualifications:
