Position Description:

Position: Maintenance Outage Manager
Location: Crane Clean Energy Center (PA)
Start Date: August 3, 2026 to December 2026

Overview: This role requires bridging gaps across station departments, tracking daily field progress, and providing dedicated support to the Instrumentation & Control (I&C), Mechanical Maintenance (MM), and Electrical Maintenance (EM) teams. The ideal candidate must combine strong technical knowledge of power plant operations with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

o Monitor, log, and report on the field progress of various maintenance projects against the restart schedule.
o Collaborate directly with I&C, MM, and EM department heads and craft personnel to resolve blockers and ensure safe execution of work.
o Act as the primary liaison between maintenance execution, scheduling, radiation protection, and operations.

Physical Demands:

This position is primarily office-based with occasional work in an industrial nuclear power plant environment. Duties require prolonged periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. The selected candidate must be able to walk through plant facilities, climb stairs, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable safety, security, and radiological protection requirements. Required Qualifications:

o Proven experience managing maintenance or outages at a commercial nuclear plant.
o Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
o Strong knowledge of nuclear outage planning and maintenance processes.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong proficiency with Asset Suite 9 (AS9).

Preferred Qualifications:

o Previous Constellation/Exelon Nuclear experience.
