What This Role Offers

Onsite, Full-Time, 12-month contract high likelihood of extension based on performance/job needs

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary Range: $69-$115/hour

Responsibilities

Coordinate geographically diverse design and commissioning teams to develop supporting documentation

Develop and implement commissioning administrative programs and procedures

Coordinate creation of an integrated nuclear plant commissioning schedule across multiple organizations

Provide subject matter expertise on commissioning regulations, policies, and industry best practices

Support development of plant- and system-level requirements and strategy documents for commissioning and operations

Lead commissioning and design efforts evaluating plant control and transient event responses

Support licensing activities associated with Safety Analysis Reports

Provide leadership and oversight of nuclear island commissioning programs and procedures

Qualifications

B.S. in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience

7+ years of direct nuclear power plant commissioning experience with safety-related systems

5+ years of commercial nuclear reactor operating experience, including SRO qualification or equivalent; STA preferred

Experience developing or using nuclear plant commissioning administrative processes and procedures

Deep understanding of nuclear regulations, work control processes, and integrated plant operations

Deep understanding of configuration management principles and design control tools

Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools preferred

Experience working to NQA-1 or ISO 9001 quality standards
