NPower Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Planner to support Constellation Energy at the Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center in Lusby, MD. Position Description:

Position: Mechanical Planner
Location: Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center (MD)
Duration: August 2026-April 2028

Overview:

o Develop and prepare detailed mechanical work packages and work orders for construction scope.
o Coordinate across teams to ensure work packages are complete and executable.
o Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure project milestones are met.
o Maintain planning documentation within Asset Suite 9 (AS9).

Physical Demands:

This position is primarily office-based with occasional work in an industrial nuclear power plant environment. Duties require prolonged periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. The selected candidate must be able to walk through plant facilities, climb stairs, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable safety, security, and radiological protection requirements. Required Qualifications:

o Experience as a Mechanical Planner in a commercial nuclear power plant.
o Strong background in Mechanical Construction.
o Strong proficiency with Asset Suite 9 (AS9).
o Knowledge of nuclear maintenance planning processes and work management.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Previous Constellation/Exelon Nuclear experience.
o Familiarity with Calvert Cliffs.
