Energy Solutions is currently hiring Advanced Riggers for the Fall Nuclear Outage Season. Qualified candidates MUST have either NCCER or NCCCO Advanced Rigging Certification and have work experience as an Advanced Rigger working in an Online Nuclear Power Plant having obtained and held Unescorted Access - Nuclear Security Clearance. Essential Functions:
Perform all job duties safely according to job requirements.
Perform craft-related math.
Demonstrate proper use and care of craft-related hand tools.
Assist with crane movement and setup using hand signals.
Maintain a clean work area and ensure good housekeeping.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Perform light rigging (under 10 tons).
Perform heavy rigging (over 10 tons).
Setting up, aligning, and leveling heavy equipment machinery.
Selecting the appropriate rigging gear.
Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved.
Monitoring and maintaining rigging equipment.
Perform cleanup duties.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
