SIDE Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support nuclear modification projects at a major commercial nuclear generating facility in Georgia. This is a long-term, onsite opportunity offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects.

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned nuclear modification projects from initiation through project closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall project performance to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate project activities with engineering, operations, maintenance, construction, procurement, and project controls teams.
• Ensure projects are executed safely and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, plant procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project changes, ensuring appropriate evaluation, documentation, approvals, and implementation.
• Support outage planning and execution activities as required for assigned projects.
• Promote a strong nuclear safety culture while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of onsite commercial nuclear power experience required.
• Demonstrated experience managing nuclear modification projects is required.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of project execution.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
