** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Degreed Project Manager to fill a one-year contract assignment in the Waynesboro, GA area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Requirements:

Required PPE: Safety Shoes, Hard Hat

Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.
A Project Manager with Nuclear Experience and 10 - 15 years experience, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects.
The preferred backgrounds are I&C, Electrical, & Mechanical (in that order)
Project management certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) is required.
Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred
Strong experience in managing projects that impact organizational strategies

Skillsets and expertise required for this position:
Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex projects
Provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery
Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, overseeing the efficient allocation of resources.
Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders.
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges.
Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies.
Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices.
