Position Description:
 
Position: Outage Control Center (OCC) Coordinator
Location: Peach Bottom Nuclear Generating Station (PA)
Start Date: October 5, 2026 to November 6, 2026
 
Overview:  This role will be a liaison between station and the MMC.

Responsibilities:  

o Coordinate daily execution of refueling, planned maintenance, and forced outages from the Outage Control Center.
o Monitor outage milestones, critical path activities, and schedule adherence.
o Facilitate resolution of emergent issues affecting outage execution.
o Coordinate cross-functional activities to minimize schedule delays. Coordinate schedule revisions resulting from emergent work or changing plant conditions.
o Recommend process improvements to enhance outage performance.
o Communicate schedule changes, resource conflicts and emergent issues

Physical Demands: 

This position is primarily office-based with occasional work in an industrial nuclear power plant environment. Duties require prolonged periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. The selected candidate must be able to walk through plant facilities, climb stairs, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable safety, security, and radiological protection requirements. Required Qualifications: 

o 10 years of industry experience in similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Previous Constellation/Exelon Nuclear experience.
