QA Engineer (NQA-1)

We are seeking a QA Engineer (NQA-1) to support quality assurance activities for projects serving the nuclear industry. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with ASME NQA-1 standards and applicable nuclear regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain an NQA-1 compliant Quality Assurance Program
* Review engineering, procurement, and quality documentation for compliance
* Conduct internal and supplier audits
* Manage nonconforming items and CAPA activities
* Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR Part 21 requirements

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of NQA-1 Quality Assurance experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
* Strong knowledge of NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and 10 CFR Part 21
* Excellent technical writing and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel occasionally for audits and supplier evaluations
