Senior Nuclear Engineering Manager
Pittsburgh, PA | Hybrid (Onsite & Remote) | Direct Hire

We are seeking a Senior Nuclear Engineering Manager to lead engineering and technical consulting projects within the nuclear power industry. This leadership role will oversee project execution, mentor engineering teams, manage client relationships, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of nuclear engineering projects
* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall performance
* Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff
* Review and approve engineering calculations, reports, and technical deliverables
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes
* Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead proposal development activities, including RFP, RFQ, and EOI responses
* Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* 15+ years of experience in the nuclear power industry
* Consulting engineering experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of light water reactors and advanced reactor technologies
* Proven experience leading teams and managing engineering projects
* Familiarity with nuclear industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
* Experience with business development, proposal preparation, and client engagement
* Knowledge of EPC and project delivery methodologies
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
